Structure Tone entered the New Jersey construction market in 1987 and today, we are one of the leading construction managers and builders in the state.
We provide complete construction management services from interior fit-outs to new building construction, encompassing out-of-the-ground greenfield and brownfield construction, renovations, expansions, infrastructure rehabilitation and modernization. We provide all preconstruction services such as site selection analysis, due diligence, preliminary budgets, scheduling and constructability reviews. While we began as an interior contractor over 30 years ago, we increasingly manage core and shell projects across a variety of industry sectors.

We managed complete office fit-outs for leading companies, including Prudential, Everest Re, Mars Wrigley, Express Scripts, iCims, Guardian Life, Audible, Ericsson, Net-A-Porter, NRG Energy, Drinker Biddle & Reath, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Brown Brothers Harriman.
Core and Shell
We built new facilities and additions for such clients as UPS, Colgate-Palmolive, Collegiate Development Group, Utility Control Center (confidential client) and multiple data centers for various clients.
Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals
New Jersey is a world center for leading pharmaceutical and life science companies. We have completed work for such firms as Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Insmed, Integra Life Sciences, Allergan, Otsuka, Nestle Health Sciences, Merck & Co., LifeCell, Novo Nordisk, Sandoz and Colgate-Palmolive.
